Corporate Policy Restriction CP6 error when ordering samples

I'm trying to order samples (TBS3701DDCT, LMR23630ADDA, LMR23610ADDA, all in stock for samples) but keep getting the "We cannot process your order at this time due to corporate policy restriction CP6" error. Can't figure out or find what CP6 means.

Help would be apprechiated,
