    Hello Keith,

    I see two users with that name and I can block them.  One has a gmail email, the other is personal as well: aceicc.

    Please click on the name in the message you received, it will tell you the user's id, then forward that to me.

    update: never mind, I see he left an aceicc email address in the PM.  Has been blocked.
