Quote Does Not Seem To Work In MS Edge

I was able to duplicate this issue using EDGE and have contacted the IT experts to further investigate.  It may take up to a week to diagnose and I will update the status no later than next Monday 10/9/23.

Just an update, our IT team is still trying to find a reason EDGE is behaving this way.  It may be another week before they discover the cause and provide a solution.
