LM25085: the maximum and minimum values of IPGATE and RPGATE

Hi,

1. What are the maximum and minimum values of IPGATE (Driver Output Sink Current)?

2. What are the maximum and minimum values of RPGATE (Driver Output Resistance)? Am I correct in understanding that the maximum and minimum values are the values that can be read from "Figure 18. Pgate Driver Output Resistance vs. Temperature"?

Hi Nishie,

We only spec the typical values of these parameters, not the min and max in our datasheet. Figure 18 shows the resistance over temperature, but does not guarantee any min or max values.

Nishie-san,

We guarantee for specs to be between min and max values, across temp. For typical values they are the values the device is expected to be at room temp, TJ=25C. You can see the typical values line up very closely to the ones shown in Figure 18. The info we give for typical specs in in the header of the section, don't have anything for +/- of a typical value.
