Tool/software:
I am working on thermal analysis of 1.1KW Drive inverter for 800W BLDC motor using PLECS simulation. Where we are using three LMG2100R026 half-bridge integrated GaN units for building three-phase two-level inverter. Meanwhile, .xml file is available but when i use this file in PLECS half-bridge module, its not supporting. Can you please provide half-bridge simulation module of PLECS or support for the same?
