CC2640R2F: How to recover my TI account after i switched the company

Hi ,

I switched my company last year January and lost myTI account access since then. It was my old account which i started from my 1st company and continued to 2nd company. Now can you please help me access and continue that account in my 3rd company also. I'm using some TI kits for product development and doesn't want to use new account. Below is the link of my old account. Could you please help here.

Hello Brajesh,

Would deleting the old E2E account and assigning the activity from it to your new account accomplish what you want?

Thanks for the reply William, Would it assign all my activities from History to this new account including my Badge level ?

Actually no, it wouldn't carry over your points and badges, so here's another way. Register for myTI an account using your newest company's information but don't create an E2E account with it. Let me know when that's complete. Then I can update your old E2E account to use your new myTI account userid and all of the history and points/badges will stay the same.
