Hello Luna,

What device are you using? In general, the footprint and solder mask information is in the CAD file section for the device.

For example, the TPS62243 is a DDC-5 package: http://www.ti.com/product/TPS62243-Q1 .

Scroll down the page to the CAD/CAE symbols, you can view the package mechanical drawing, as well as download the CAD pcb layout files.

In addition, page 15 of the datasheet http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps62243-q1.pdf has a layout example.

Please review this for the device you are using. If you still cannot find the pcb design information you require, REPLY and provide some details.

Thank you for your reply.

I have a customer who is in charge of layout. He makes good use of "Find TI Packeages" page.

He said it would be very useful is all links had footprint and metal mask informations.

This is background of the question.

Already, I said him that the information is at the end of the product datasheet.
