Cannot reply to my own thread

I have successfully created thread and received answer for it. The answer is great, but it does not exactly solve my issue and I wish I could send my answer to get question solved.

I am legit post-graduate student at Ural Federal University (one of largest universities at Russia, https://urfu.ru/en/ ) and I do not have corporate e-mail (because of my university "e-mail is only for staff" restriction). I can supply proofs if needed, and I wish I could be part of the great TI E2E community to ask questions and I will try to answer some, if my knowledge will be sufficient.

Thanks in advance!

  • Hello Dmitriy,

What is preventing you from REPLY to your thread?  Are you receiving an error message, or you just can't click the REPLY button?  I'm perplexed as you were allowed to post this new thread, so I'm not understanding what would inhibit a REPLY to your other thread.  Please provide details as to what you are seeing.

    Thank you,

    ~Leonard

  • Hello Leonard,

I have been so confused and distracted that I forgot to supply error code (which I get when I click any reply button in my own thread). In this thread I do not have answer button for your post, only for my starter post.

To post on TI E2ETm support forums, you must have a valid company or university email address in your myTI account. If you have a valid company or university email address, please add it to your account by following the instructions in the myTI account FAQ. If you don’t, we encourage you to search the TI E2E support forums for existing answers or contact our customer support center.

Currently my personal e-mail is set in profile settings because my university does not count post-graduate student as staff member (so no corporate e-mail for me :( ).

    Thanks in advance!
