I am unable to modify the company name in my account.
This has created customs issue for the sample order.
How can I modify the company name ?

4. To update your account preferences while logged into your account (refer to step 2 for Login), click the profile icon in the upper right hand corner and choose settings.
This will update your myTI information.

I did the same but still the company name is not getting updated.
Please find attached for your kind reference. It should be as entered in the profile info but its not.
Due to this when I order the samples I have to face customs issues.

We are still looking into this, apologies for this issue and for the delay in determining a solution.
Also, be sure the browser cache is cleared before and after the change, there is a possibility when you request to view the update, the browser is pulling a cached page, not the most current. If you are using IE, there is a setting to ensure the page is reloaded each time it is accessed.
What browser are you using? If IE, try the process using Chrome.
Let me know what you find out.
I generally use Firefox.
I tried with the Chrome browser but the issue still remains.

Can you please tell us if you see a confirmation modal like below, or something else (e.g. "resistance" error page)? Please reply back and let us know.

Yes, I can see the confirmation modal and I do click on the "Yes, make the changes" button. But still it doesn't get changed.
It remains same as shown in the screenshot sent by me in my previous response.
Wondering what the status of this issue is? I assume you have resolved it, since I see the company name is now different from the one you highlighted. If this is only a TI-Store issue, there is a process to change your info, separate from myTI: http://www.ti.com/info-store/help/ti-store-order.html :
There are a couple of ways to update your country code and save it into your existing addresses
1. Go to your address book and update your desired address
2. During the checkout process, select the country code and then select the checkbox to save your address in the checkout process. Save using the same name to update your existing address in the address book.
The exception is that we cannot update your myTI address currently to include this on your cart. Our suggestion is to change your default to another address by going to your address book and selecting “Set as default” to another address.
and this option:
During the checkout process, you have the option to enter a different billing address by selecting “use a different billing address” at the bottom of the "shipping and billing address" section in checkout.

I am able to change the company name during the check out process. So this is resolved.
