The resolved indicators on threads in E2E allows users to quickly see answer validation from E2E users and Texas Instruments engineers.

  • Here are the answer validation types on E2E:

     Type of Validation

     Meaning

     Visual Indicators

     Icon

     Resolved

     The answer has been verified by the customer

     Green "Resolved" text and a green box around the validated answer

     

     TI thinks resolved

     A TI engineer believes the question has been answered  successfully

     Yellow "TI thinks resolved" text and a yellow box around the validated answer

     Answer suggested

    An E2E user (non-TI employee) has suggested an answer

     Yellow "Answer Suggested" text and yellow box around the validated answer

     Has replies by TI employees

     The thread has replies from a TI engineer but is not necessarily validated

     N/A

     Has replies

     The thread has replies from any E2E user but is not necessarily validated

     N/A
