Possible to combine my old account with my new one?

Hello TI,

I need some help. I can no longer sign into my old account Ken Dillinger since I have along forgotten my email address that I used to sign-up almost 8 years (!!!!) ago. That and combined that I have been inactive for quite a while.

Is it possible to convert me back to "Ken Dillinger"  and all the lovely community points rather than the KenDillinger21 that I have been disgraced with?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    My apologies Ken, I've edited the previous responses to remove the email addresses.

    So I now have your old and new account info. Unfortunately, system points don't transfer when I consolidate accounts. However, what I can do is merge your new account into your old account and update your old account with you new email address. That way you'd retain your old accounts points and be able to use it again, however, the 20 points on your new account would be lost.

    Let me know if you'd like me to take this approach.
