Please help me get into the sample program!

I need help getting into the TI sample program.  I started about a month ago by using the method on the website and have not received any response.  I have tried this method multiple times.  I even tried calling and was told that they would forward my request to the correct department.

Hopefully, someone from TI will see this post and be able to help me!

    They should be able to handle this request. E2E is for technical issues and questions.

    Thanks, that webform ticket process has been used to submit a request by me multiple times to no effect.

    Just to follow the process, I used the link provided by Jeff below to submit the request one more time. After filling out the page and submitting it I received a success message and I should recieve a message within the next 1 to 2 bussiness days.

    Just to update what I have had to go through so far:

    Late November, use link to submit request to become part of sample program.
    Check later in the week, resubmit
    Early December, resubmit request
    Mid December, call TI support, was told that a message would be sent to the appropreate department
    Resubmit request
    Post to E2E here, two TI staff respond
    Resubmit request just now

    Someone from TI needs to step up and track this issue down!
    I think I have been more than patient and this has wasted a lot of my time!

    Hi Bill,

    My apologies on behalf of TI Customer Support. I called our CSC folks and they acknowledged your contacts and ticket submissions. I was told that an agent has been assigned and will be contacting you within a few days. If you want to check with them, please refer to SR 1-4634215569 (assigned open ticket number). They did say that you need to be approved for the sample program by filling out this form http://www.ti.com/info-store/sample-request.html  Not sure if you did that yet. If you have any questions about your SR or other general questions please call our Customer Support Center (CSC) at (512) 434-1560. I just talked with them and they should be able to answer any questions you have related to Sample Requests and TI Stores.
