Sample cart, too many items ???

Hi,

I added few parts to my TI store sample cart, 1 unit of 5 different parts. After I tried to checkout, I got the message :

"Your cart contains more items than is allowed. Please limit your cart to 0 items."

How can I limit my cart to zero items, that means I need to empty my cart and then make the order of zero parts..,  that sounds a bit weird to me though..

Accessing the sample cart page aswell gives me constantly login errors, tried with Chrome and Firefox.

  • Hello user4246147,

E2E is for technical/engineering issues, and your inquiry would best be handled by our Customer Service Center.  Please use this webform link for fast and convenient service for this type of issue: https://www.ti.com/secext/docs/webform/webform.tsp .

  • Now I have been waiting for a reply for a week, nothing at all. Is there someone who handles customer support issues or not ? Is there banned emails or users or what is going on? At least I could be informed if my request is rejected or will not be handled so I could move on.
The site mentioned above leads nowhere, most of the selected issues from the pull down menu is a dead end and goes no further than that.
I also tried to acces my sample cart but the page gives an error and this happens with all browsers and two diffrent IP networks.
If I open a datasheet and from there I click "sample" I can go to my sample cart. This is so weird.
  • Hi,
As I understand, CSC is working to resolve this issue. Thank you for alerting us to this situation.
