TI Support Center - Getting automatically logged out when logging in

Hi,

I seem to have a problem with accesing tickets at TI Support Center, Whenever i try to log in i get automatically logged out, Site I am referring to is : ( https://ticsc.service-now.com )

Daniel,

Can you please try with a different browser? There are some known issues with IE. Should that fail, please call the number on the Customer Support Center page: https://ticsc.service-now.com/csm/. If you're not able to fix the issue on the phone, please use the website feedback link in the footer to report the issue.

Hi William,

And thanks for your answer.

I have tested different browsers, Chrome and Firefox without any success, I have tried the support number many times. Each time i wait for a couple of minutes until the support hangs up on me with a automated message telling me to use ticket system which i cannot do. A bit of catch 22.
