Blocked from TI Site

I have not accessed the TI.com website for some time and now that I am trying to move forward and expand my use of MSP430 I find I have been 'Blocked' from accessing the TI website, both for Login and New Accounts. (I shouldn't need a new account as I have had the old one for a long time).

I've used the TI site for many years and have never met this problem before. There is no answer to be found anywhere as to why this has happened or what it is about. I got logged in almost by accident and doubt that I could repeat it to get in and ask this question and am not sure I will be able to access any answer you might give.

Could you please e-mail my answer so I can at least have a chance to find out what's going on? My forum name has been Tuatha De and regular name is Larry Grant. I appear to have been blocked on 27 April 2016

My IP address appears in red at the top right of my page, once in.

My e-mail address used for the site is still active, larrygrant44@aol.com.

Once logged in after a bunch of tries at various site entry points I find my Name, Profile, E2E Forum questions and last order at the TI store are all correct and the site recognizes me but if I'm not signed in it doesn't  want to let me in. I'm going to try and not logout until I find I can get back in.

  • Hello Tuatha De,

Anyone can view TI E2Ethreads, however to post questions you must sign in to MY.TI in the upper right corner of the main E2E page.
Logging into MY.TI may have changed since the last time you logged in.

If assuring you are logged into MY.TI and still have issues, please attach some screen shots in your next reply.
I will friend you on E2E to see if you can get an email string going.
