How to change avatar on profiles ?

Indeed the Avatar used to be in your user profile, however I cannot find it now.
We will contact you again within 24 hours.

The procedure is:

1°) my profile

2°) edit my profile

3°) change my avatar (on top left)

But it doesn't work.

The procedure outlined above is correct.

We have identified an issue with the performance of the Change Avatar function.
We must understand what is causing it and how to remedy.
