Not going to receive any notification from E2E

Hi expert,

I am a TI employee. I can't receive any notifications from E2E even I enabled them. 

Could you help me with a solution?

  • Hi Sheldon,

    It would appear your notification settings aren't correct.  Please click on your avatar, choose Settings and select the E2E Email Preferences tab of your myTI account.  Make sure that the first setting on that page "Do Not Send me E2E emails" is unchecked.  Then scroll down and ensure that the E2E Notification buttons are all checked and the Forum Post Notifications is set to your choice of either New Posts or All Posts.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

    Now log into E2E again.  You may need to log out first.  Once logged in again, click your avatar again and this time, click Profile and then click the Subscriptions tab.  On the Subscriptions page, there is a section called Forum Subscriptions.  It will list any forums you've subscribed to.  It looks like you're not currently subscribed to any forums.  Continue to scroll down and verify in the Activity from subscriptions section the following four settings are all checked as in the pic:

    If they're unchecked, you won't receive email notifications.
