TI's website is blocked (page timeout / resource not found / not allowed) when accessed through a VPN. This is a years old issue which is affecting my productivity, could you please stop this non-sense?
Can you provide more details about what you're experiencing, perhaps the error message? Are you referring to ti.com? I use both ti.com and E2E via VPN on a daily basis without issue.

also this (works without VPN)
Same issues on
Sometimes the page just times out
In reply to JEROME H.:
I'm unable to duplicate the issue. However, does this occur with all browsers? IE, Chrome, and Firefox.
Also, please check if it occurs in a private/incognito browser window.
Here I tried with then without VPN in chrome, edge, ff, chrome incognito:

Unfortunately, dropbox is a prohibited site from within TI's firewall, so I can't access your file. I'm able to access the download without issue. Were you able to get the software you needed?
I was able to access your file from Dropbox through an external account. Unfortunately, I can't reproduce your problem. Is it possible there's something unique about your specific VPN setup that would cause this?
Since your last message it started to work so I guess it's fixed, will keep you updated if it happens again. Thanks!
Thanks for the update, Jerome. I'm glad it's working now. If you wouldn't mind clicking the green 'This resolved my issue' button, it would be much appreciated.
