Cannot get access for sample with company email address

I keep trying to get access for samples and it is denied. I dont understand why. We are a real company that purchase $500K of ics and fets from TI a year. I have requested with the company email address and it keeps getting denied. We are not a University or personal account. They give zero response as to what is going on. This is very frustrating. Its not a matter of cost for the samples, its all the additional work I have to go through with purchasing on our side just to prototype circuits that I am trying to avoid.

Havent heard anything back. If you are looking for sales information on us, we use multiple CMs that would show our purchase history that I can supply to you.

Hi James,

You now have access to the samples program, which should be active tomorrow. If you login and check out on Thursday this week you should not have any trouble.
