Here you will learn how user points are earned and the level types you can reach when you become a member on E2E support forums.

  • The Points Program is a way to recognize members for their contributions to the E2E support forums.

     

    Members can earn points on E2E forums by

    • Answering questions
    • Verifying answers
    • Connecting with fellow engineers
    • Adding new content

     

    Each contribution is rewarded with a designated point value.

    1. Do I start out at a level?

    • If you are a new member to E2E forums you start out as a Prodigy

    2. What do the different level represent?

    • The levels within the E2E forums are used to represent community participation. Identifying top community contributors will allow users to further validate the information that they are analyzing.

    3. What is a verified answer?

    • A verified answer is a question that has been determined as “resolved” or “answered”. Verified answers can be selected by any E2E forums member. Questions may have multiple verified answers, however no points will be awarded if the original person to ask a question answers their own question.

    4. Can I lose points?

    • Yes. Previously awarded points will also be deducted if a thread or reply is deleted.
