Part Number: TMUX1133
Hi team,
I promote TMUX1133 to my customer, but they want to use ±3.3V supply. I noticed that tmux1133 support ±2.5V.
Can you give some suggestions or recommend a low leakage current switch?
Thanks and best regards,
Colin

Hi Colin,
While we do not have that exact configuration that supports +/-3.3V, I would recommend using multiple TS12A12511 which is a 2:1, 1 channel switch that supports +/-2.7V to +/-6V and has good leakage performance at 500pA typical.
Thanks!
Bryan
Hi Bryan,
Thanks for your suggestion. Is there a multi-channel version?
Thanks,
Colin
Hi Colin,
There is no multi-channel version available today.
Please note that using 3x, TS12A12511 devices in the SOT-23 leaded package (TS12A12511DCNR, 3mm x 3mm) will be same w.r.t solution size (~27mm2| 32mm2 assuming a 20% space adder for 3x chips) vs the TSSOP (32mm2).
This will provide a 3ch, 2:1 solution too as required by the customer.
Thank you,
Regards,
Sandesh
