My customer would like to check why the EN signal for these two parts are the same but the function block are different. Could you kindly help to check on customer's question? Thanks a lot!

Hi Ann,

The two devices have same pin out but have different architecture and slightly different features.

The CB3Q family is a charge pump based architecture that allows for lower RON flatness.

The CB3T device family supports voltage translation feature.
