TMUX1104: TI solution suggestion

Dear Team,

We are looking for an on/off switch for ethernet signals (1Gbps) .

Please refer to the block diagram below.

MUX is used to switch WAN signals to WAN1 or WAN2, but it seems that there is signal interference between WAN1 and WAN2. 

Installing an on/off switch after MUX may be able to block the signals from the unselected channel.

This is a workaround concept for an existing issue.

If there's another idea, we would appreciate it.
