Customer wants to know the leakage current of IN-pin in order to decide the pull-up resister value.

Is it OK that the value is +/-100nA max as below?

Hi Takahashi-san,

Yes, that would be the worst case leakage across temperature and voltage for this device. Using that to set your baseline pull-up resistor range is appropriate.
