TMUX1111: Higher voltage (+/-20V )switch spst

Hi Team,

Could you please suggest a +/-20 V @5mA between drain/source bidirectional that can be controlled from a uCPU? Lower Ron is better.

TMUX1111 looks promising but it's only to Vdd=5.5v. Thanks.

Hi John,

Please take a look at our TMUX7212 device that supports a +/-22V signal voltage in Dual supply mode or 0V to 44V in Single supply mode. This is a low RON family supporting RON values in the ~2-3ohm range and the devices are latch-up immune.

We have additional logic variants TMUX7211 and TMUX7213 based on the SELx logic and default switch status.
