SN74CBTLV3257: Cio(ON) value?

Hi Team,

What is the Cio(ON) value of the channels for this device? Or how would one best measure this?

Datasheet specs the Cio(OFF) values, but not the ON values like other similar parts spec.

    Hi Neal,

    It should be about Ci/o(off)_A + Ci/o(off)_B so about ~16pF.  But there is some switch capacitance which may change the answer slightly if at all.  

    As for measuring the value please see this diagram (its from a different part's data sheet but the idea behind measuring it is the same):

    Essentially Ci/o(on) you will be measuring the capacitance to ground of the mux with A and B connected via a closed switch.
