    Hi Zhang,

    Unfortunately we do not spec this parameter for this device. I can help recommend a device that does have this requirement, but I would need a few more details:

    1) What is the application for the switch?

    2) What VDD/VSS will you be using and what is the magnitude of the input signals?

    3) Do you have any other parameters needs such as low RON, CON, timing, current consumption, leakage, etc.?
