CD4053B: Is this device a Multi-component semiconductor (MCO)

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to confirm if the CD4053BQM96G4Q1 is a multi-component semiconductor (MCO). I have confirmed that it has a single die but is it a MCO?

Hey Danilo,

Thanks for the link. I haven't come across MCO's before but based on the description in the link you provided he CD4053B is not an MCO. It won't have sensors, actuators, oscillators, resonators or their components integrated within the chip. It will just be the mux.
