SN74TVC3306: If B-side powers up earlier than A-side, will A-side has voltage?

Hi team,

Below is my customer's schematic. They wonder if B-side powers up earlier than A-side, will A-side has voltage? Appreciate your answer.

A small current will flow into B1 and out of A1. So MAC_1V8 can be partially powered up. To prevent this, you have to pull GATE down.

Yes; an open-drain driver is correct for EN.
