HI All,

May I know whether we have the Θjc or Ψjt of SN74CB3Q3306ADCUR?

And I found this post before and it seems that the Θja will change with test condition accordingly.

So do we have a confirmed Θja for reference?

And I would also like to know how to evaluate the power loss when the IC is operating.

Hello,

While we do not list these parameters for this device and package in this datasheet, these package parameters will be very similar or equivalent across difference devices with the same package type. For example, I would advise to take a look at the OPA2170 in the DCU package and use those as reference parameters for the package parameters you are interested in.

See below for parameters needed to calculate Cpd as it is not provided in this datasheet:

Note that it is advised to take some of these measurements from the lab to get a more precise estimation as it does depend on the board capacitance, ICC during operation, and input/output frequency ratio which will most likely be close to 1, but will be dictated by board parasitics.
