Could any expert please tell the major difference of SN74LV4052A vs CD74HC4052M?

The only major difference is the bandwidth (50 MHz vs. 200 MHz). The other differences are minor.
So the biggest difference between these devices are the supply rails and signals they support. The CD74HC4052M can do negative signaling (dual supply) from +/-5V and can also do 6V single supply if VEE is tied to GND.
The SN74LV4052A can only do single supply from 2V to 5.5V. Depending on your application, you will need to choose what supply rails you have available and what signal needs to be passed (these devices can only pass signals between the rail voltages).
In addition, I would recommend going through each datasheet and comparing the DC characteristics/AC characteristics tables between the two. Nothing major, but there are some slight differences there as well.
