MUX36S08: WQFN package difference

Hello team,

Could you let me know why we have two package options(RUM and RRJ) for WQFN of MUX36S08?

Which do you recommend in terms of delivery?

    Hi Taketo,

    The RUM and RRJ have different package parameters - namely thermal pad dimensions and finger length. 

    From the datasheet:

    The RRJ package is shown below (also included in the datasheet):

    RUM Package is shown below:

    As for delivery - both parts have some stock and they have the same parameters, so the one I'd recommend is the one that has the most attractive footprint to the designer as there really isn't any different besides the package differences listed above.
