SN74LVC1G3157: Device Marking

Part Number: SN74LVC1G3157

Dear team

About different Device Marking. What is different about C55 and C5J, C5F?

Many thanks

Denny

  • Hi Denny,

The device marking for the SN74LVC1G3157 describes the following attributes (using "C5J" as an example):

    1) The first symbol ("C" in this case) represents the device family the orderable device belongs to

    2) The second symbol ("5" in this case) represents the device function

    3) The third symbol ("J" in this case) represents the fab/assembly site of the orderable device.

So essentially, the devices in this instance have similar markings, except they differ in which fab/assembly they come.

    Thanks!

    Bryan
