                As per the application requirement we are looking for TSM5055DCR RLG alternative option, because we are using most TI components on our product board.

    There is no P2P replacement. And TI's dual MOSFETs are symmetric.

    You can use two transistors with equivalent characteristics. Replace Q1 with the CSD17522Q5A, and Q2 with, e.g., CSD17581Q5A or CSD17555Q5A.

    Hello Rahul,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. One of our dual, half-bridge, power block FETs would be a possible replacement although they are not p2p with the competitor's device. The CSD87352Q5D is our closest in 5x6mm SON package. The FETs are lower on resistance with +10V/-8V max VGS rating.  For a smaller solution size, the CSD87331Q3D in 3.3x3.3mm SON would be another option. The FETs in this power block are similar on resistance to the competition and abs max VGS = +10V/-8V.

    Hello John,

                       Thank you for the valuable response, I checked the CSD87352Q5D technical document it's look like Buck converter 
    In my application TSM5055DCR  MOSFET can work any kind of application, i can use it Buck or Boost same part.

    If you have same configuration part please suggest us.

    Hello Rahul,

    Thanks again for your interest in TI FETs. The CSD87352Q5D is functionally the same as the TMS device. Both are dual, half-bridge devices with asymmetric FETs that can be used in any number of switch mode power applications. The FETs are sized for low duty cycle synchronous buck converter applications but can be used wherever a half bridge is required. We have a few dual NFETs with symmetric, independent FETs in 3.3x3.3mm SON and SO8 packages. See link below.
