Yes that shouldn't be an issue as long as the supply voltage is 3.3V or 5V (it needs to be at least equal to the highest peak through the switch or the signal will not get passed through as well as possible damage to the device).
The TMUX1136 has a bandwidth of 220MHz at both 3.3V and 5V supplies (with 50 Ohm + 5pF as the load capacitance for the test condition). To convert between the analog bandwidth and a max data rate a good rule of thumb is to at least have 1.5x to 3x the bandwidth available as the max data rate (so 1.5MHz to 3MHz for your signal of interest). This is assuming that in an alternating input pattern (high, low, high, low, ....) that data is read at the rising or falling edge so this rate can vary depending on the encoding of the digital data as well as when data is read and this is just a generalized guideline.
That being said margin on the TMUX1136 (220MHz) should have no problem with 1Mbps streams regardless of exact data stream structure, the above is just more a general guideline how to convert analog bandwidth to data rates.
