Hi team,

Nice to meet you by email. Currently, my customer has a new Router project with SN74CBTLV3245A. OE of SN74CBTLV3245A is controlled by CPLD. When testing, they found “stepped voltages” at OE pin as below. please help analysis whether this “stepped voltages” has impact on this IC.

Hi Sophia,

This behavior should not cause an issue but here is an application note covering the implications of a slow ramp rate.

In addition these parts have built in hysteresis but since the ramp is fast and the dip is not deep enough, this should not trigger the part to turn off. Otherwise there should be no concern.
