TS3V713EL: Pin 8 connection

Hi All,

May I know whether we can input high level voltage on Pin 8 (N.C pin) of TS3V713ELRTGR?

Could not found related information in the datasheet.

    Hi Chia,

    We recommend that all N.C. pins (no connect) be left floating since there is no internal electrical connection. I know some engineers must follow a standard for their design of no floating pins. If this is the case, simply GND the N.C. pin. 

    If you can't work around high-level voltage present on N.C. pin, then it should be fine inputting VIH < VDD since no internal connection is present.
