I have two questions. Pls help me. Thanks.
1) One of the marking contains G3. What does G3 refer to?
2) Is there any difference in function between these two components?

Please see [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix?
These components will be functionally the same.
Sorry about that. I thought the FAQ explicitly stated G3. Any suffix with G or E (G3, E3, G4 or E4) indicate that the part is RoHS compliant. When we first began having RoHS compliant devices these suffixes were put into place to help indicate for those customers that needed RoHS compliant parts which parts would meet their needs. Now, however, all devices are being pushed to meet these green RoHS standards so there won't be any differences seen between a device with or without the G/E suffixes. The suffixes stay on some devices to help some customers keep consistent with their orderable part numbers.
