Is the actual difference between SN74HC4851-Q1 and SN74HC4851 only in the quality assurance system?

There are some difference  about  Δron and Propagation delay time on datasheet.

What is the origin of this difference?

    Hello,

    These devices are extremely similar in performance and the difference is likely from the material/physical components needed to build the automotive version of this device. So there will be slightly different characteristics from this between the two versions which can manifest themselves as small differences in resistances/capacitances.
