Our customer is looking for a multi-channel switching device (multiplexer) for the application below. According to our customer,
Below is a high-level circuit diagram of my application. I have a test setup with 20+ aluminum electrodes (navy blue rectangles on the schematic). Each electrode will be electrically biased from -50 V to +100 V and collect currents of up to 100 mA.
My goal is to procure a multi-channel switching device that will allow me to connect one picoammeter (shown at the bottom left of the figure) to any one of the 20+ electrodes. Ideally, I would like to command the multi-channel switching unit to switch over to the electrode I wish to electrically bias and current monitor.
It seems that the TMUX8212 fits this application. If not, can you please suggest a suitable device?
