CD4052B: How to evaluate the A/B selection signle switching frequency if using CD4052B as a ADC MUX?

Hi experts,

Good day. 

My customer want to using the CD4052B as a ADC MUX. The switching frequency of the pin 9(channel select B) and pin 10(channel select A) is set to 16kHZ or higher. 

They want to evaluate theoretically whether this switching frequency would work properly. 

So,

1. How to determine whether the 16kHz switching frequency is appropriate? What parameters need to be referred to? Please give a detailed description.

2. What is the maximun switching frequcncy the CD4052B can meet?
