TS3A5017: How much current will burn 2D(9pin) pin？

Hi Expert,

Our customer use TS3A5017PWR.

One of their system work unnormal. They found TS3A5017PWR pin 9 has an EOS issue.

Could you help check TS3A5017PWR pin 9 and what value of current and voltage can damage this device from the absolute max rating? 

I think voltage is 4.6V, am I right. What about the current?

Please help on it.
