Hey Statham,
Do you mean the functional safety document? We currently don't have this but have this in the backlog as we are producing more of these documents across our automotive portfolio.

Additionally, take a look at the TMUX4051. It's an updated version of the CD4051B. The automotive version will be available for sampling soon (this quarter/early next)

The information we can provide that is available can be found in the quality reliability and packaging tab from the product folder.

Here you can find the MTBF/FIT numbers. Since we don't have a functional safety document created yet, we will not have the failure mode data. As I mentioned though, this is in our backlog.
