Do we have device to replace UPG2214TB,which is a is a GaAs MMIC L, S-band SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX136

Hi Team,

As title, do we have device to replace UPG2214TB,which is a is a GaAs MMIC L, S-band SPDT (Single  Pole Double Throw) switch? Thanks.

  • Hi Hailiang,

So this is an RF switch and our devices do not specify some of the typical characteristics a normal RF switch datasheet does (such as Insertion loss and different frequencies, return loss, loss compression, etc.).

However, the closest device we can recommend to this would be our TMUX136 device. It is a 2:1x2 channel device, but will be able to pass frequencies similar to the competitor device. For the extra channel, you can just terminate the inputs/outputs to GND through a 50 ohm resistor.

    Thanks!
