Hello,

Is TS5A3157's IBIS model available now? I looked at this old E2E™ thread – Hope to get IBIS model of TS5A3157 which simply says "no IBIS model is available," but it was almost more than eight years ago.

    Hi Shinichi,

    This device does not currently have an IBIS model available but we are actively working on generating models for devices that do not have them. There is a recently released, updated version of this device, the TMUX1248, that does have an IBIS model on ti.com. There are slight differences in datasheet values but overall the devices are very similar.

    Tyler,

    I suspect that TS5A23157's IBIS model could be the closest solution at present as long as I look at this old thread. Is it OK to understand that the number of circuit is the only difference between the TS5A3157 and the TS5A23157 and that the performance and the characteristics of the two devices are the same?

    Hi Shinichi,

    Good find on the old thread, after comparing the datasheets, the TS5A23157 IBIS model will match most closely to the TS5A3157. I would recommend the TS5A23157 model to the customer.
