CD74HCT4067-Q1: ESD standard between AECQ100 and JESD22

    we want to replace 74HCT4067D by our CD74HCT4067. but we see the ESD standard with differences.

   could you help to check whether our ESD standard could cover competitor spec?

   if not, which of our device could apple 2 apple replace their device. hope for your suggestion.
