Hi Team,

Can you please help to suggest most suitable 1:1 SPST series with the lowest current consumption  <1µA with additional requirements below:

1. 3,0V Analog Signal, currents >10mA (3,3V Vcc), 1,8V Logic with Low Ron (<5 Ohm)

2. +5V/-24V Analog Signal, currents up to 100mA, 1,8V Logic with Low Ron (<5 Ohm)

3. +5V/-24V Analog Signal, currents >10mA, 1,8V Logic with Low Ron (<5 Ohm)

For 2 and 3, is TMUX621x good for this?

    Hi Marvin,

    For 2 and 3, the TMUX621x would be our best suggestion for those requirements (low RON, lowest supply current, and can support the given voltage range and coninuous current).

    For option 1, the TMUX1101 would be a good option for those conditions as it has 1.8V logic as well as can support the VCC/signals of that application.
