SN74LV4052A: The 1Y1 output "glitches" low for a short time causing issues

Part Number: SN74LV4052A

Hi Experts,

May I ask how does SN74LV4052APWT determine what input is driving a logic high signal?
When our customer switch from AB=00 to AB=01, the 1Y1 output "glitches" low for a short time causing issues. However, 1-COM has 1Meg ohm pull-up and 1Y1 has 47k pull-up have pull-ups.
We hope to hear your advice. Thank you.

Kind regards,

Gerald

  • Hi Gerald,

The logic threshold levels are dependent upon the supply voltage being used, I included the levels from the datasheet below.

With some more information, I can better help debug. Can you please provide the supply voltage level, frequency of the signals being switched, a schematic, and some oscilloscope screen captures?

    Thanks,
    Tyler
