We are using device part number MPC507AU under the conditions with the differential inputs each connected to 10Vdc via a 13.62K with the output connected to a high input impedance differential op-amp and are seeing input leakage currents into the Mux channel A and B inputs in excess of the rated datasheet parameters for ID (ON) and ID (OFF) with no overvoltage being applied. Can you help assists with this issue? Is there a mode on the mux where the leakage current would be in-excess of the rated leakage current?
