Hi team,

We are choosing SPDT MUX device for xxx4053xxx.

Question1: What's the performance difference of prefix between TMUX4053 and CD4053?

We could see they have different power supply voltage, are they have the same function? And could CD4053xxx replace to TMUX4053 or TMUX4053 replace to CD4053xx if they are in the same power supply voltage?

Do we have any instructions on what's the TMUX or CD prefix?

Question2: Except for Q100 standard, what's the detail spec difference between CD4053BQM96Q1 and CD4053BPWR?

Question3: The difference between CD74HCT4053 and CD74HC4053 is TTL input, Right?

Q1:

These devices are functionally the same (all are 2:1x3 channel multiplexers), but can have some differences parametrically. Please see this E2E reviewing the parametic differences between these devices:

Also, the prefix is just a naming convention TI uses. The TMUX devices are the newer/recently released devices and the CD parts are a bit older.

Lastly, it is recommended to use the TMUX4053 for newer designs due to the improved performance and better package options available.

Q2:

There are no electrical parametric differences between these parts. Just the Q1 device has gone through automotive qualification and has some additional factory flows.

Q3:

The difference between the HC and HCT devices is the supply voltage range and logic input support range as well as you mentioned:
